Conflict Management Thomas Jordan, associate professor in the Department of Sociology and Work Science at the University of Gothenburg and an expert on workplace conflicts, leads this training course by talking about why conflicts arise and how to deal with them. The course is based on a fictional workplace conflict, on which you will be briefed. The course is intended to be taken by employer and union/safety representatives on a large screen and with a computer. There are discussion questions throughout the course.
